That means that your home will come up as one of the first homes, when buyers search in your area on Realtor.com. It also gets the yellow frame around it, to make it stand out. By being a showcase member, we are also able to upload up to 25 photos, instead of the standard 1, and we can enhance the listings by providing our own detailed description of your home. Usually only the standard MLS features are listed. -We will list your home on MLS with 6 pictures and a virtual tour. -We will showcase your home on our website with as many pictures as you would like including a virtual tour. -Your home will get its own website and a rider on your sign with the internet address. -You will get a sign in your yard with a flyer box that will hold a full color flyer with pictures. Every flyer is specially designed for your home. -Your home will be extensively marketed on the internet on websites such as Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Justlisted.com, Zillow.com, Move.com, Realestate.com, MSN Real Estate, Yahoo Real Estate, AOL Real Estate, Google Real Estate, Craigslist, Azfamily and Azrepublic. -We will send out just listed cards in your immediate area, to inform your neighbors that your home is for sale. Believe it or not but your neighbors are a valuable marketing tool. If you do not wish for your neighbors to know that your home is for sale, we will send these cards out in another, but relevant area. -An eflyer will be sent out to Realtors® in your area from our extensive email database. These Realtors® are most likely the ones that will eventually bring the buyer to your home and by marketing directly to them; we are making sure that your home does not pass them by. -An eflyer will be sent out to all the agents in our own network that specializes in your area. This network consists of more than 1800 agents, so you can be assured that your home will get extensive exposure. -We will hold open houses at your home if you wish. -We will try our best to get your home accepted to any Realtor® tour in your area. If we are unable to get your home on the Realtor® tour and it is feasible, we will organize a Realtor® tour ourselves just to make sure your home gets the attention it deserves. -We will advertise in any relevant print press to showcase your home. -We will make sure your home gets all the exposure it needs in an effective and professional manner. In addition we pride ourselves on giving all our clients the best of service in a timely manner. We will keep you informed on a regular basis of any market changes in your immediate area, and give you timely updates as to any activity on your home.
